Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-One Dollars and Thirty-Seven Cents ($11,971.37) to Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, P.C., One Oxford Centre, 301 Grant St., 20^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, for expert legal consulting services in connection with Employment Litigation, Labor Negotiations and Labor Relations and charge the same code to 11101.53.53517.108000.2013.
