Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars and Fifty Cents ($9,520.50) to Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, P.C., One Oxford Centre, 301 Grant St., 20^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, for arbitration services in connection with an Act 111 Interest Arbitration.  Pursuant to Section 8 of the Policemen & Firemen Collective Bargaining Act (Act 111), the City is required to pay the expenses incurred in connection with the arbitration proceeding and charge the same code to 11101.53.53517.108000.2013.
