Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Section 1 of Resolution No. 312 of 2013, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety and the Chief of Police to enter into contract(s) and/or agreement(s) with SST, Incorporated for the purpose of installing gunshot-detection hardware and software in the City of Pittsburgh" is hereby amended as follows:

The Director of Public Safety and the Chief of Police are hereby authorized to enter into contract(s) and/or agreements with SST, Incorporated for the purpose of installing gunshot-detection hardware and software in the City of Pittsburgh.  Cost not to exceed [$150,000] $194,000, payable from the following [chartfields: 0130034130.50000.00] JDE Job Number: 0326749512.50000.00
