Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-10917 from GAELIC 17, INC., 1025 Whitney Court Drive to the Applicant GAELIC 17, INC., who already owns the Liquor License which is being sought for the premises located at 5832 Forward Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15217, known as the Squirrel Hill Sports Bar, restaurant pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Section 2. Request for Approval

GAELIC 17, INC., - which has a mailing address of 1025 Whitney Court Drive, Townhouse #61 Latrobe, PA. 15640, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-10917, which is currently registered to GAELIC 17, INC. 1025 Whitney Court Drive, Townhouse #61 Latrobe, PA. 15640. GAELIC 17, INC., desires to place that restaurant liquor license into premises known as and numbered 5832 Forward Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15217. The proposed interior of the premises will comprise approximately 2,400 square feet of floor area and seating for up to 100 patrons.
