Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Finance to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Kolano Design to provide a design template document for the City of Pittsburgh's Market Based Revenue Opportunities (MBRO) program, at a cost not to exceed twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and Director of Finance are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Kolano Design to provide a design template document for the City of Pittsburgh's Market Based Revenue Opportunities (MBRO) program, at a cost not to exceed twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars, payable from: JDE 11101.53.53901.107000.2013  

The Professional Services Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor.
