Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,454.27 warrant in favor of Carla Glover, 1113 Sutherland Street, Pittsburgh, PA  15204, and $45.73 warrant in favor of the City Treasurer, in settlement of a claim for property damage due to forced entry of residence in error by City SWAT Team, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2013.
