Section 1.      Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in the total sum of $3,789.57 to Babst, Calland, Clements & Zomnir, PC, Two Gateway Center, 603 Stanwix Street, 7^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 for professional consulting services in connection with zoning and planning matters, at a cost not to exceed $3,789.57 (Three Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Nine Dollars and Fifty-seven Cents), and charge the same code to 11101.53.53517.108000.2013.
