Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      Within Area "S" bounded by:  Allequippa Street, from Brackenridge Street to Zero Way; Avalon Street, from Harold Street to Iowa Street; Brackenridge Street, from Harold Street to Allequippa Street; Bryn Mawr Road, from Iowa Street to Centre Avenue; Centre Avenue from Iowa Street to Bigelow Boulevard; North side of Centre Avenue, from Ewart Drive to Bigelow Boulevard; Ewart Drive, from Centre Avenue to Iowa Street; and Iowa Street, from Zero Way to Bryn Mawr Road.  
 
 IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ:
 
Within Area "S" bounded by:  Allequippa Street, from Brackenridge Street to Zero Way; Avalon Street, from Harold Street to Iowa Street; Brackenridge Street, from Harold Street to Allequippa Street; Bryn Mawr Road, from Iowa Street to Centre Avenue; Centre Avenue from Iowa Street to Bigelow Boulevard; Centre Avenue, from Herron Ave to Bigelow Boulevard; Ewart Drive, from Centre Avenue to Iowa Street; and Iowa Street, from Zero Way to Bryn Mawr Road.
