Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Within the area bounded by: Fisk, from Penn to Howley; Canoe Way, from Clement Way to a point approximately 80 feet north of Cabinet Way; Cabinet Way from 40^th Street to Main; Howley, from 40^th Street to Main; Clement Way from Fisk to Main including only 4051, 4053, 4061, and 4069 Liberty Avenue; Mintwood, from 40^th Street to Fisk; Ella, from Panama Way to end; Pearl, from Panama Way to end; Panama Way from Ella to Pearl; Idaline, from Ella to Pearl; Garnet Way, from Liberty to end; and Minerva, from Ella Street to Pearl; the south side of Penn Avenue from 40^th Street to Fisk Street; 40^th Street from Cabinet Way to Woolslayer Way.

IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ:
