Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      That Resolution 453, effective July 9, 2013, entitled "Resolution authorizing the extension of the PCTV agreement dated January 20^th 2011 so as to extend the agreement until September 30, 2013 is hereby amended to further extend the agreement until October 31, 2013.
