Resolution authorizing the Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an agreement with Cover Your Assets, LLC, to provide computer-based products and services relating to scheduling management at a cost not to exceed $148,325.52.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Safety is authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Cover Your Assets, LLC, to provide computer-based products and services relating to scheduling management at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Five Dollars and Fifty Two Cents ($148,325.52).  Such amount shall be payable from the Police Secondary Employment Trust Fund 2100246700.53509.00.

The Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance.
