Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement or agreements or contract or contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Hazelwood Initiative in order to create and distribute a neighborhood publication. Cost not to exceed twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000), payable from the following: 0130014110-2013

Section 2. The Controller is hereby authorized and directed to encumber the funds for the agreement or contract upon execution of said agreement(s) or contract(s). The total amount of said agreement(s) or contract(s) shall not exceed twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following: 0130014110-2013
