Body

Be it therefore resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

      Section 1.      The appropriate officers of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute an option agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh ("HACP") granting HACP an option to purchase the property on Larimer Avenue in the 11^th Ward designated as Block & Lot No. 84-D-160 (the "Property") for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary or appropriate expenses incurred by the City in connection therewith.

      Section 2.      If HACP exercises its option to purchase the Property, the appropriate officers of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying all of the City's right, title and interest in the Property to HACP on the terms set forth in Section 1.
