Title
Resolution amending Resolution 761 of 2012 to add authorization for the Mayor and the Director of Finance to execute all required agreements and to accept a deed relating to the purchase of 1553 Broadway Avenue and further authorizing the expenditure of allocated funds for closing and other associated auxiliary costs.  
 
Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Sales Agreement and/or  Agreements and to accept a deed, all in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purchase of property located in the 19th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh at 1553 Broadway Avenue (Lot/Block 35-G-26) from Clement M. Okoye. Monies allocated for the purchase of the property in Resolution 761 of 2012 may also be used for closing costs and other associated auxiliary costs as may be stipulated in said Agreement(s).
 
Section 2.      In all other respects, Resolution No. 761, effective December 14, 2012, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
