Resolution amending Resolution 426, effective June 20, 2013, entitled "Resolution adopting Plan Revision to the City of Pittsburgh's Official Sewage Facilities Plan for New Environmental Center at Frick Park, 2005 Beechwood Blvd Pittsburgh, PA 15217."
 
Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The second "WHEREAS" clause of Resolution 426, effective June 20, 2013, which presently reads as follows:
 
"WHEREAS, Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy has proposed the development of a certain parcel of land identified as the New Environmental Education Center at Frick Park, 2005 Beechwood Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15217, Allegheny County, at lot and block # 127-H-100-0-1 in the 14th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh and described in the attached Sewage Facilities Planning Module (the "Planning Module") for land development and proposes that project be served by a sewer tap-in to the City of Pittsburgh sewage systems; and"
 
Is hereby amended to read as follows;
 
"WHEREAS, Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy has proposed the development of a certain parcel of land identified as the New Environmental Education Center at Frick Park, 2005 Beechwood Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15217, Allegheny County, at lot and block # 127-H-100-0-1 in the 14th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh and described in the attached Sewage Facilities Planning Module (the "Planning Module") for land development and proposes that project be served by an on-lot sewage disposal system; and"
 
Section 2.  In all other respects, Resolution 426, effective June 20, 2013, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
 
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
