Resolution Resolution providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the payment of URA property management costs City-wide, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed $350,000.00. (Council Districts: All).

Be it revolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1: The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, providing for the payment of costs incurred by URA in the management of URA-owned properties City-wide, the waiver of permit fees for contractors retained by URA in the construction of any public improvements, the payment to URA of an administrative fee of 10% of the amount transferred and providing for the transfer to URA of an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty Thousand ($350,000) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
