Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Aon Risk Solutions for professional consulting services related to developing phases two and three of a loss control program related to general liability claims against the City, at a cost not to exceed $29,300.00 (Twenty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Dollars and No Cents), chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.108000.2013.
