Section 1.      Re authorizing the sale 1416 Claim Street, in accordance with Act No. 171 of 1984, "Second Class City Treasurer Sale and Collection Act", effective December 11, 1984.

This item was previously repealed in Resolution 261 of 2013, and the purchaser has subsequently complied with the Agreement of Sale.
