Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of $3,597.50 to Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, P.C., One Oxford Centre, 301 Grant Street, 20^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, for arbitration services incurred in connection with an arbitration proceeding, and charge the same code to 11101.53.53517.108000.2013.
