Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of $4,515.00 to Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP, P.O. Box 3300, Pittsburgh, PA 15230, for expert legal consulting services associated with defense of a class action lawsuit at 2:12-cv-01207, and charge the same code to 11101.53.53517.108000.2013.
