Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 474, effective July 27, 2012, which presently reads as follows:

" The Mayor and the Director of Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements; in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants; providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts; providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the design and construction of Brookline Boulevard, at a cost not to exceed $3,750,000.00; and further providing for a Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
