Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the total sum of Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000.00), in favor of Barbara & Bernard Skonieczny, c/o Brennan, Robins & Daley, P.C., releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from liability in any and all claims filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at GD 11-009101 and charge the same code to 11101.58.58105.108000.2013.
