Resolution amending Resolution No. 112, effective March 14, 2013, entitled "Authorizing the Citizen Police Review Board to enter into an Agreement(s) or Contract(s)," so as to change the name of Thorp Reed & Armstrong to Camp Clark Hill Thorp Reed.

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1.
That Resolution No. 112, effective March 14, 2013, which currently reads:
SECTION 1. The Citizen Police Review Board is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with Robert J. Ridge, Partner and Lourdes Sanchez Ridge, Senior Counsel of Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP, for professional services to assist in the legal representation of the Citizen Police Review Board. Said Agreement(s) or Contract(s) shall not exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000), and are chargeable to and payable from the following chart of accounts: 11101.53.53517.999900.2013.
is hereby amended as follows:
