Resolution amending Resolution 404 effective June 30, 2006, and Resolution 205, effective April 17, 2007, and Resolution 528, effective August 9, 2011, finally locating rights of ways and accepting the naming and dedication of roadways which are part of the North Shore Roadway Improvement Phases I-V/Stadium Projects, North Shore Infrastructure HOV Modifications Project, and North Shore Infrastructure Chuck Noll Way, in the 22nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1.
That the rights of way are located and established for public roadway purposes as follows:
BEING all of that certain piece or parcel of ground to be dedicated as additional right of way for CHUCK NOLL Way, this parcel is situate in the 22nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA., being more particularly bound and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right of way line of North Shore Drive, of varying width, having a City of Pittsburgh coordinate value of North 104939.54 feet and East 96532.31 feet, said point also being the division line of land owned by North Shore Entertainment Partners, LP, on the west and Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh on the east, Thence,
1. North 13º48'18" West along the division line, 336.59' to a point on the southerly right of way line of West General Robinson Street, of varying width, also being the northeast corner of said North Shore Entertainment Partners, LP, and the northwest corner of the Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, Thence;
2. North 76º41'40" East along the southerly right of way of West General Robinson Street, 62.24 feet to a point, Thence;
3. South 13º48'18" East through the land owned by said Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, 336.25 feet to a point of the northern right of way of North Shore Drive, Thence;
4. South 76º23'06" West along the northern right of way of North Shore Drive, 62.24 feet, to the POINT AND PLACE OF BEGINNING.
The above described parcel of ground contains 20,938 square feet or 0.481 acres of land and is more clearly shown on a plan prepared by L.R. Kimball entitle "Right of Way Survey" dated August 13. 2012. Project 12-1800-0178
Section 2. That the grading, curbing, streetscape and other roadway improvements located in the rights of way as described above, in conjunction with the existing rights of way all as set out in the Final Drawings for North Shore Right of Way and North Shore Infrastructure including the modification on the attached Exhibit, As build Drawings each on file in the Department of Public Works (updating Department of Engineering and Construction Project No. 98407 Plans and Survey Plan 3638, on file in the Department of Public Works) are hereby accepted and declared to be public improvement of the City of Pittsburgh and opened as public roadways of the City of Pittsburgh.
