Title
Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with the Animal Rescue League, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation, for professional services in connection with the detention, care and/or euthanasia of domestic animals, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof. Cost not to exceed $1,241,000, subject to annual appropriation by Council.

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the Animal Rescue League to provide professional services in connection with the detention, care and/or euthanasia of domestic animals at a cost not to exceed One Million Two Hundred Forty One Thousand Dollars ($1,241,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account 11101.53.53500.280000.2013, Budget Year 2013 amount $380,000, Budget Year 2014, amount $430,500, Budget Year 2015, amount $430,500, Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Animal Care and Control.
