Title

Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of the Sheraton Hotel Station Square in an amount not to exceed ten thousand, seven hundred, thirty eight dollars and seventy five cents, for the Citiparks Seniors Program Volunteer Recognition Gala; and providing for the payment thereof.

Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Sheraton Hotel Station Square in an amount not to exceed ten thousand, seven hundred, thirty eight dollars and seventy five cents ($10,738.75), in payment of the Citiparks Seniors Program Volunteer Recognition Gala; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from the following chart of accounts, 53901, 5000285000.50000.00,2013, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
