Title
Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) for the annual maintenance and support of software necessary for the processing and administration of Personnel and Civil Service applications for employment and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.  Cost not to exceed $12,218.75.
Body
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the annual maintenance and support of software necessary for processing and administering Personnel and Civil Service applications for employment.  Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Eighteen Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($12,218.75), chargeable to and payable from Account Code:  11101.53.53725.109000.2013.
 
Section 2.     The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from the following chart account:

Section 3.     Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
