Resolution accepting the dedication of Betty Jane Way and Arthur Ralph Way in the 21^st Ward, 6^th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      Resolution accepting the dedication of Betty Jane Way and Arthur Ralph Way.

WHEREAS, The majority of abutting property owners have dedicated said Betty Jane Way and Arthur Ralph Way for public highway purposes.

That Betty Jane Way and Arthur Ralph Way described below are hereby accepted:

That Betty Jane Way 22' wide, located between Sedgwick Street and Arthur Ralph Way and Arthur Ralph Way, located between Columbus Avenue and Juniata Street, both located in the Revised Columbus Square Plan of Lots,  are hereby accepted and declared to be public improvements of the City of Pittsburgh and opened as public highway of the City of Pittsburgh.
