Resolution hereby amending Resolution 490 effective August 6, 2012 by reducing the budgets from $30,000 to $15,000 and amending the relevant job numbers.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Resolution 490 of 2012, effective August 6, 2012, which reads as follows:
 
The Mayor and Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Pennsylvania Museum and Historical Commission in order to receive a grant award of fifteen thousand ($15,000) for the completion of a study of applying overlays to areas that have historic significance and that are threatened by inappropriate building modifications and demolitions, and are not City-Designated Historic Districts.  The Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into the account 1129400083.45505
 
Section 2.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor and not to exceed fifteen thousand ($15,000) dollars, for professional services to conduct the study of applying overlays to areas that have historic significance and that are threatened by inappropriate building modifications and demolitions, and are not City-Designated Historic Districts under the terms of the agreement between the City and the Pennsylvania Museum and Historical Commission.  Said agreement of agreements, contract or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed fifteen thousand ($15,000) dollars chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400083.45505.
 
In addition, The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor and not to exceed thirty thousand ($30,000) dollars, for professional services to conduct the study of applying overlays to areas that have historic significance and that are threatened by inappropriate building modifications and demolitions, and are not City-Designated Historic Districts under the terms of the agreements between the City and the Pennsylvania Museum and Historic Commission.  Said agreements or agreements contract or contracts or expenditures shall not exceed thirty thousand ($30,000) dollars chargeable to and payable from the 2012 Cultural Heritage bond account 1126744412.
 
Is hereby amended to read as follows:
