Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in the total sum of $3,595.50 to Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, 525 William Penn Place, 30^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, for mediation services in connection with a FLSA case.  Pursuant to Local Rule 16.2 (LCvR 16.2) of the Local Rules of Court for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the City is required to participate and pay Alternative Dispute Resolution Services.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of $3,595.50 to Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, 525 William Penn Place, 30^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, for mediation services in connection with a FLSA case, and charge the same code to 11101.53.53517.108000.2013.
