Title
Resolution accepting the Dedication of Arriba Way (aka Carrick Avenue Extension) from Custer Avenue northeasterly to a portion of Lot and Block 94-B-24, in the 29th Ward, 4th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
Body
WHEREAS, the majority of abutting property owners have dedicated said Arriba Way (aka Carrick Avenue Extension) for public highway purposes.
 
Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
 
Section 1.      That Arriba Way as described below is hereby accepted:
 
That Arriba Way, 25 feet wide, as located in the Bughman Plan of Lots, Plan Book Volume 27, Pages 22-23, recorded August 3, 1915, between Custer Avenue, thence in a northeasterly direction (from Lots 173 to 161 in the Bughman Plan,) to the northeasterly line of Lot and Block 94-B-24 (Lot 161) is hereby accepted.  Permission granted by property owner of Lot and Block 94-B-24 for turnaround purposes only on a portion of Lot and Block 94-B-245; 20 feet in length by 50 feet in width.  This portion of Arriba Way is hereby accepted and declared to be public improvements of the City of Pittsburgh and opened as public highway of the City of Pittsburgh.
