Resolution vacating Bailey Way from Beltzhoover Avenue to 10 foot Bailey Way; portion of 20 Foot Unnamed Way between Science Street and Bailey Way in the 18th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Bailey Way from Beltzhoover Avenue to 10 foot Bailey Way; portion of 20 Foot Unnamed Way between Science Street and Bailey Way in the 18th Ward, 3rd Council District of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Portion of Bailey Way to be Vacated
All, that certain piece of land situate in the City of Pittsburgh, 18th Ward, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being a portion of Bailey Way, formerly Bailey Avenue, as shown in the Carter & McKibbens Plan of Lots as recorded in the Office of The Department of Real Estate of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 10, Page 81, and being bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Beltzhoover Avenue at the northwesterly corner of Lot 1 in the aforesaid plan; thence along the easterly side of Beltzhoover Avenue N 0º 18' E, a distance of 24.74 feet to a point; thence along land now or formerly of the City of Pittsburgh S 52º 38' 16” E, a distance of 383.93 feet to a point; thence S 0º 44' 04” W, a distance of 24.9 feet to a point at the northeasterly corner of Lot 25 in the aforesaid plan; thence along Lots 25, ...
