Resolution providing for an agreement or agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, software, and/or services in connection with the design, implementation, and maintenance of an Electronic Daily Activity Report for the Bureau of Police. This electronic database will allow for the recording of police officer daily activities by officer, zone and shift. Cost not to exceed $110,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, or use of existing agreements and/or contract or contracts, or to use and existing contract or contracts for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, software, and/or services in connection with the design, implementation, and maintenance of an Electronic Daily Activity Report for the Bureau of Police. This electronic database will allow for the recording of police officer daily activities by officer, zone and shift at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($110,000) and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Funding for this project will be available in the following JD Edwards Capital chartfield: 2326747813.50000.00
