Body
Whereas, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh desires to acquire all of the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to publicly-owned properties known as Block 174-N, Lots 222, 225, 226, 232, 255, 256, 257, 259, 282, 283, 284, 293, 294, 296, 298, 300, and 301, Block 174-P, Lot 67 and block 175-A, Lots 10, 13, and 15, in the 13th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition.
 
Whereas, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh desires to give its approval to the acquisition by Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh.
 
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  That the Urban Redevelopment authority of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to acquire, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses in connection with such acquisition, all of the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to publicly-owned properties known as Block 174-N, Lots 222, 225, 226, 232, 255, 256, 257, 259, 282, 283, 284, 293, 294, 296, 298, 300, and 301, Block 174-P, Lot 67 and Block 175-A, Lots 10, 13, and 15, in the 13th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh.
