Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with HMS Employer Solutions to conduct an eligibility audit of all employee and retiree dependents enrolled in the City's healthcare program.  Said agreement shall not exceed Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission:   JDE 11101.53.53541.109000.2013
