Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Omni Associates, LLC in the amount of $7,715.00 in payment for services rendered for binding the municipal record books for the City Clerk's Office, chargeable to and payable from City Clerk 101200.55501, Budget Year 2013.
