Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Leech, Tishman, Fuscaldo & Lampi, Steven M. Troprani, Esquire, for expert legal consulting services associated with a review of policies and procedures applicable to Bureau of Police Personnel employment outside the Bureau of Police, at a cost not to exceed $10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents), chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.108000.2013.
