Title

Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute an agreement in which:
 
ALCOSAN will be solely responsible for the payment of all funds required by the Non-Federal Sponsors under the Design PPA and for the operation and maintenance of the project required by the Non-Federal Sponsors under the Design PPA.  
 
The City will permit access over and through certain of the City's real property currently designated as Block and Lot 42-A-10 (the "Property") and consents to the use of the Property as more particularly set forth in the Design PPA.
 
This agreement will be in the form approved by the City Solicitor and will contain such terms and conditions for the protection of the City of Pittsburgh as the Solicitor may require.  In addition, the Cooperation Agreement will be subject to the provisions of the Pittsburgh Home Rule Charter and the liability of the City thereunder is limited to the sum of ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00).
