Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,583.26 warrant in favor of George F. Babcoke, c/o 600 Grant Street, Suite 6100, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, in settlement of a claim for reimbursement for sidewalk damage from City tree roots at 5302 Westminster Place, Pittsburgh, PA  15232, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2013.
