Resolution authorizing the issuance of warrants in the total sum of Ninety-Five Thousand ($95,000.00), payable as follows: in the sum of Eighty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Three Dollars and Fifty-Five Cents ($87,843.55) in favor of Vicki & Maurice Arnett, c/o Thomas E. Crenney & Associates, LLC, and Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Forty-Five Cents ($7,156.45) in favor of Treasurer, City of Pittsburgh, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from liability in the civil action filed at GD 12-001253 in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, and arising from an alleged incident on December 06, 2010 in the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign warrants to be issued in the total sum of Ninety-Five Thousand ($95,000.00), payable as follows: in the sum of Eighty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Three Dollars and Fifty-Five Cents ($87,843.55) in favor of Vicki & Maurice Arnett, c/o Thomas E. Crenney & Associates, LLC, and Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Forty-Five Cents ($7,156.45) in favor of Treasurer, City of Pittsburgh, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from liability in any and all claims filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at GD 12-001253 and charge the same code to 11101.58.582200.108000.2012.
