Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The City Clerk is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or contract or contracts in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a consultant or consultants for the purpose of developing a Citywide Cash Management Policy at a cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), chargeable to and payable from City Clerk, Miscellaneous Services, Org. 101200 Budget Year 2013.
