Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, for accounting, auditing, and consulting services related to reviews of the City's processes and procedures regarding tax collection and internal controls.  Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed One hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($175,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Department of Finance:
