Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, for accounting, auditing, and consulting services related to reviews of the City's processes and procedures regarding financial reporting, performance, grant, and fiscal auditing.  Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Two hundred Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($275,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Department of Finance:
