WHEREAS, Pittsburgh Brashear High School, located at 590 Crane Avenue, will be putting on the production of the musical GREASE on March 7, 8 and 9th ; and,
WHEREAS, they will be one of 27 schools that will participate in the 23rd Annual Gene Kelly Awards for Excellence in High School Musical Theater on Saturday, May 25, 2013 where college scholarships are awarded annually to qualified participating seniors; and,
WHEREAS, the talented students and staff of Pittsburgh Brashear began rehearsals in November of 2012 and have worked very hard since then to put on a performance of this magnitude; and,
