Resolution further amending Resolution No. 415, effective July 16, 2009, as further amended by Res. 326 of 2010, entitled "Authorizing the execution of a cooperation agreement or agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh in which URA will transfer up to $5,300,000 to the City for the East Liberty Infrastructure Project" by increasing the amount to $5,500,000 and changing account numbers. (Council Districts 8 and 9)

Whereas, Resolution No. 415, effective July 16, 2009, authorized the execution of a cooperation between the City of Pittsburgh and Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh ("URA") providing for the transfer of $4,500,000 to the City to be used to pay part of the costs of the East Liberty Infrastructure project; and
Whereas, pursuant to Resolution No. 326, effective May 26, 2010, the amount to be transferred to the City was increased to $5,300,000; and
Whereas, has agreed to increase the funds to be transferred to the City by $200,000 to $5,500,000;
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 415, effective July 16, 2009, as amended by Resolution No. 326, effective May 26, 2010, which currently reads as follows:
"Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements with Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in form approved by the City Solicitor, pursuant to which URA will transfer up to $5,300,000 to the City to be used by the City to pay part of the construction costs associated with the East Liberty Infrastructure Project in East Liberty and Shadyside. The funds will be deposited into the following account:
