Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      

The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter to an Agreement, in form approved by the City Solicitor, for legal services required by the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations, at a cost not to exceed NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($9,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Commission on Human Relations budget.
