Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.            The Mayor and/or the Director of Finance and the Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to enter into an Agreement with Envista Enterprise Coordination Software for a two-year subscription not to exceed $185,000.00. This is a sole source provider. The Agreement shall be in a form and substance approved by the City Solicitor. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or expenditures shall not exceed one hundred eighty five thousand ($185,000.00) dollars chargeable to and payable from job number 0726739310.53509.00.
