Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Citizen Police Review Board is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with Robert J. Ridge, Partner and Lourdes Sanchez Ridge, Senior Counsel of Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP, for professional services to assist in the legal representation of the Citizen Police Review Board.  Said Agreement(s) or Contract(s) shall not exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000), and are chargeable to and payable from the following chart of accounts:  11101.53.53517.999900.2013.
