Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

SECTION 1.
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for
approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-
13064 from Max's Place, Inc. 322 Helen Street, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, to Applicant,
Kassab's Restaurant, Inc. for the premises located, 1207 E. Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA
15203, known as Kassab's Restaurant, Inc, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor
Code, §4-461.

SECTION 2. Request for Approval

Kassab's Restaurant, Inc. - which has a mailing address of 1207 E. Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-13064, which is currently registered to Max's Place, Inc, 322 Helen Street, Pittsburgh PA 15136, desires to place a restaurant liquor license into premises known and numbered as 1207 E. Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203, known as Kassab's Restaurant, Inc. The proposed interior of the premises is 1,850 square feet space of rentable area.

SECTION 3. Public Hearing

City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning Kassab's Restaurant, Inc. intent to the above liquor license.

SECTION 4. Approval or Denial of Request
