Title
Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, with a Consultant or Consultants; for engineering services in connection with the replacement of the Second Avenue Bridge over Nine Mile Run; providing for a Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation; and further providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $400,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, in connection with the replacement of the Second Avenue Bridge over Nine Mile Run, at a cost not to exceed $400,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are herby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for reimbursement of the State and Federal governments' share of costs to the City.
